We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Srishti Fine Jewelry, Bangalore

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 years in fine or luxury jewelry sales

Salary: ₹6 LPA onwards

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM); Sundays off

Location preference - Bangalore within 12 kms

At Srishti Fine Jewelry, we've spent 28 years creating timeless, meaningful jewelry for families across generations. Now, as we step into an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who's not just passionate about jewelry, but also about people and stories.

What You'll Do:

  • Build lasting relationships with walk-ins and loyal customers
  • Guide clients through their buying journey—from consultation to customization
  • Drive in-store sales and convert exhibition visitors into long-term customers
  • Understand and explain our handcrafted collections, stones, and design details
  • Collaborate with our marketing and design teams for events and sales strategies
  • Offer post-sale support and ensure every customer leaves with a smile

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in jewelry sales (3–5 years minimum) with strong client-handling skills
  • Fluent in English (Kannada/Hindi preferred) and love personalized customer service
  • Professional, well-presented, and great at communicating luxury value
  • Comfortable working with targets, reports, and a close-knit boutique team
  • Residing in or near Indiranagar is a big plus
