Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, presenting real estate solutions, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve market research to identify new opportunities and staying updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, with experience in lead generation and closing deals
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct thorough Market Research and identify new opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
