Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Prism Inc. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales—preferably within the lighting, construction, or building materials industry. This role requires strong industry knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement heads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, costings, and documentation.
  • Track sales pipelines, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (lighting, construction, or building materials preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and high-value deal closures.
  • Established network within architecture, interiors, or building material domains.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
