Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, the role includes meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and development teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in customer service and client management
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate mandatory
  • Villas / plots exp added advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
