This role is for one of the Weekday s clientsSalary range Rs 250000 - Rs 350000 ie INR 2 5-3 5 LPA Min Experience 1 yearsLocation Bangalore Bengaluru DelhiJobType full-timeWe are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team In this role you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces and driving sales through outstanding service and product knowledge RequirementsResponsibilities Welcome and assist customers as they visit the showroom Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry selections Provide detailed information on product features materials and care guidelines Handle sales transactions including processing payments and issuing receipts Foster strong trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing showroom environment Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends materials and pricing Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and campaigns Requirements Proven experience in a sales role preferably within the jewelry industry Strong understanding of jewelry products and current industry trends Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping clients Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays High school diploma required additional certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage Skills Jewelry Sales Customer Relationship Management Product Knowledge Sales Negotiation
