About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in credit analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–7 years of experience in credit analysis / underwriting with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
