Account Growth Strategist

">We are an enterprise automation solution serving over 250+ enterprises, rated as one of the top 5 IPA tools worldwide. We seek a dynamic individual to form and maintain professional connections with our clients.
- Manage 5-10 client accounts.
- Develop executive relationships at the country level with clients' leadership.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and anticipated changes.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing in-depth knowledge of accounts, their business, and key stakeholders.
Promoting partnerships, revenue growth, and capturing new opportunities.
Pitching relevant services to clients.
Identifying and capitalizing on new markets through go-to-market strategies.
Tracking delivery timelines and quality to ensure highest quality deliverables.
Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for software companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of sales funnels and different stages.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to follow through on client contracts.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into strategy.
- Goal-oriented attitude with proactive working style.
- Proficiency in client interactions with closure of sales deals.
- Must be self-motivated and have a sales-oriented mindset.
