Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Content Developer to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts thorough analysis of training needs through stakeholder interviews and task analysis to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Writes clear and concise learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy to drive instruction.
  • Develops interactive storyboards/scripts for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning environments.
  • Collaborates closely with subject matter experts, courseware developers, graphic designers, and quality assurance specialists to integrate feedback and ensure high-quality content.
  • Designs assessment strategies (formative and summative) to evaluate learner progress.
  • Manages content through design reviews and revision cycles to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Strong command of ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's model to guide instructional design decisions.
  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond to develop engaging multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms to support seamless delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, research, and learner engagement strategies to captivate audiences.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including its systems, processes, and related technologies (a plus).
