
Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Program Manager to join our organization in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, align with organizational objectives, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
The selected individual will lead the development of comprehensive training strategies, assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations, and create engaging training materials and resources. They will also conduct training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and maintain accurate training records.
Key Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess training needs and create relevant content.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
