AI Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI training specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality AI education programs. As an AI trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop AI curriculum that meets the needs of learners.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  • Integrate open-source technologies into the training curriculum to promote innovation and community engagement.
  • Mentor learners through projects and live builds to ensure practical skill acquisition.
  • Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to design and deliver AI training programs.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
