
Training Development Specialist

The role of a training facilitator is pivotal in organizational development. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees, this position entails supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and understand training materials, working closely with individuals to evaluate how well employees have learned.
- Liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and manage training team to ensure training effectiveness.
- Design and execute reviews of training received, ensuring that training files are complete and managing all training documents.
- Maintain and verify training calendars, audit documentation for completed training, and mentor the L&D team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively with employees at various levels.
- Strong understanding of various training methodologies and tools.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Organizational and time management skills.
