Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Content Writer. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The role involves producing high-quality content that aligns with the training and development goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and impactful content for blogs, articles, and website pages.
- Develop clear and concise scripts for training and promotional videos.
- Create compelling copy for social media posts, emailers, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team to create content that supports visuals.
- Research industry-related topics to create informative and valuable content.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and tone.
- Edit, proofread, and improve existing content for clarity and effectiveness.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve reach and visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Strong creativity with the ability to produce engaging scripts for video content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
