Technical Training Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to craft high-quality technical training materials that cater to the needs of engineers and business professionals. Your meticulous approach will ensure a captivating learning experience that drives results.

  • Create comprehensive technical training programs for diverse audiences, encompassing engineering, business, IT, and other technical fields.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Instructional Design Methodologies and Adult Learning Theory, applying these principles to develop effective training solutions.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, conveying complex information with clarity and precision.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of content quality, accuracy, and effectiveness, ensuring that training materials meet the desired outcomes.
  • Leverage prior leadership experience to successfully lead teams and drive projects to completion in dynamic environments.
  • Maintain impeccable organizational skills, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a systematic manner.
  • Showcase your ability to work with highly technical content spanning various domains, including 5G, AI, Extended Reality, and more.
  • Aptitude in developing and managing self-paced online training using Adobe Captivate and Camtasia is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related fields.
  • Bring 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Hold a degree in engineering technology fields – a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with AI tools applicable to learning environments is a plus.
  • Be willing and able to participate in online work meetings adhering to US time zones.
  • Having prior work samples to share is an added benefit.
