Lead Technical Trainer and Technology Learning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Trainer to spearhead our learning ecosystem across partner education, customer training, and internal technology learning. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our partners and customers.
  • You will work closely with our engineering and services teams to design certifications and learning modules for our products.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in B2B product companies and possess a strong understanding of cloud technology and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for partners and customers
  • Design and implement learning solutions, including certification programs and competency assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage client relationships and conduct presentations at the C-level

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience in B2B product companies
  • Strong technical background, with a focus on cloud technology and enterprise software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
