We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to propel our success by converting opportunities into significant success and turning potential into profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and generate leads by researching companies and shortlisting contacts for an outbound sales campaign.
- To actively seek new sales leads and qualify them through outreach efforts, networking, and personalized communications.
- To create new sales opportunities through outbound reach outs and explore meetings with prospective customers.
- To build long-term relationships with prospects based on trust and empathy, understand customers' diverse business needs, and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- To track outreach campaigns and report on CRM tools, aiming to achieve target numbers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Agribusiness.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience using business tools like Excel and CRM tools.
- Desirable experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of the Agriculture Domain.
- Highly motivated individual with a sales enthusiast mindset and a zeal to deliver strong results.
- A keen learner ready to excel in ground-up execution.
- A go-getter with strong multitasking abilities.
