HR Operations Manager Job Overview

The role of an HR Operations Manager is pivotal in delivering efficient, scalable, and employee-centric HR services across global operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), process automation, and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams.
