Urban Frame, a leading design practice in Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced professional to lead and guide our architectural teams.

We require a seasoned Team Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in managing and mentoring project teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a strong portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept design to handover, managing the design and delivery process, and ensuring projects are aligned to client goals. They will also be expected to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, communicate effectively with clients and consultants, and provide design and technical guidance.

A strong creative vision, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and good leadership and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
