Data Architecture Lead

Key to our organization's success is the role of the Solution Architecture Lead, a crucial position responsible for designing and implementing data architecture for cross-product reporting solutions.
The Solution Architecture Lead owns the end-to-end data architecture, encompassing lakehouse/warehouse, streaming + batch pipelines, semantic layer, and BI. This individual must define a canonical insurance data model, establish robust data contracts and versioned schemas with product teams, and design multi-tenant data isolation and security strategies.
A successful Solution Architecture Lead will build the ingestion and transformation layer, stand up the semantic layer, institute data quality and observability, and own governance & compliance. Additionally, they drive performance, reliability & cost by partitioning/clustering, query acceleration, workload management, caching, workload isolation, and cost guardrails.
In this capacity, the Solution Architecture Lead publishes the tooling roadmap, enablesment, and release management for data, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to prioritize analytics use cases and deliver roadmaps tied to customer outcomes.
