About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our software engineering team in developing and scaling next-generation medical technology products. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes, practices, and technical standards for the software engineering charter from scratch.
  • Determine the overall software architecture and technology stack, ensuring alignment with hardware systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and lead a high-performing engineering team including full-stack developers, frontend/backend engineers, DevOps, SDETs, and architects.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, validation, and system engineering teams to deliver fully integrated product solutions.
  • Drive Agile development practices, oversee sprint planning, and establish robust CICD and DevOps pipelines for efficient and secure delivery.
  • Ensure quality and compliance by setting up code quality frameworks, automated testing processes, and documentation standards aligned with MedTech regulations.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding both architectural direction and individual team growth.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building and scaling tech teams in product-based environments.

They should have deep understanding of full-stack development, including modern frontend frameworks, backend microservices, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), and DevOps/CICD practices.
