Key Data Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data engineering teams and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives by leveraging Scrum methodology and Agile principles
  • Ensure effective implementation of Scrum principles across the organization, promoting collaboration and efficient workflow
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks, driving the success of data engineering projects
  • Foster open communication among team members, facilitating smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing
Essential Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles, with experience in implementing these frameworks in a real-world setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL, with strong knowledge of database management systems
  • Proven track record in data engineering, with hands-on experience in data processing, documentation, and related areas
  • Bonus skills: Python programming language and experience in completing at least 2 data engineering projects
  • Mandatory requirement: wealth management domain expertise

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, outstanding technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
