Project Coordinator

  • Allocating tasks efficiently

  • Effective team leadership
  • Monitoring and executing projects within set timelines
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Forecasting and proactively addressing project-related concerns
  • Communicating with various stakeholders
  • Escalation handling
  • Conducting thorough root cause analysis (RCA) and action item identification
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Preparing minutes of meeting (MoM) after discussions
  • Partnering with clients to provide solutions
