Job Title: Senior Architecture Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Project Lead to oversee the design and delivery of complex architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk registers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent or minimize potential issues.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to facilitate informed decision-making and improve future project planning.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and team members, keeping them informed of project milestones and achievements.
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions to continually improve project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design, preferably in a lead role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
