Project Director

As a senior architect, you will lead consultancy projects from inception to completion. You will drive innovative design and regulatory excellence across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project strategies for large-scale consultancy projects.
  • Manage teams to deliver high-quality architectural documentation and meet client requirements.
  • Chair meetings and coordinate with clients, authorities, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • Review and improve architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

Leadership & Compliance:

  • Own the permit application strategy and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
  • Interpret and enforce local/national building codes, fire regulations, and municipal by-laws.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal agencies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
