About This Role

A seasoned Senior Architect with 10-13 years of experience is sought after to develop and lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Architecture and excellent design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project designs with detailed drawings and bills of quantities (BOQs)
  • Represent the company's ideas with confidence in speech and technical aspects to clients
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and health & safety regulations
  • Draft technical drawings with knowledge of materials and their applications
  • Cordinate with project teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Direct and manage supporting staff, prepare BOQs, and provide assistance on projects as necessary
  • Interact with building officials during project permitting and construction phases, having a thorough understanding of building technologies and environmental design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Strong understanding of commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects planning and execution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment, travel, and be available for project site visits and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign school of education or work experience
  • Knowledge of latest finishes and value adds in architectural design
