We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership: Oversee the delivery of solutions and products
  • Governance: Establish governance processes and drive governance calls with customers and internal management teams
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding
  • Service Management: Proficient in Jira and Freshdesk for incident and workflow management
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track performance and delivery metrics, incidents and report to senior management

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT support, application management, or software development, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in healthcare domain with exposure to compliance like HIPAA, GDPR beneficial
