We are seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to join our Customer Partner Team, responsible for driving exceptional partner growth within the customer's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute enablement strategies with partners to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Manage partner resources to obtain and maintain necessary certification for system access.
- Lead data-driven program health reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to foster trusted relationships with partners.
- Represent the customer on partner-delivered projects, participating in project steering committees and ensuring accountability and results through regular check-ins.
- Ensure partner adherence to go-live readiness reviews to drive quality deliveries.
- Facilitate engagement into the Partner Experience Center to support product or configuration issues.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate forecasting and mitigate potential customer billing pushes and satisfaction issues.
- Builddistrustered relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and external status meetings to discuss metrics, performance, and opportunities.
- Attention to detail and ability to gather and summarize information for informed business decisions.
