Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Business Development to spearhead our US IT Staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US Contingent Staffing landscape, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Bolster and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually favorable terms for both the client and our organization.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
  • A deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
