Prime Relationship ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Prime Relationship Manager to join our team in managing the sourcing of business loans and loan against property through DSA channels across key locations in Gujarat.
This is a results-driven position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve assigned disbursement targets for LAP and BL products.
- Source business loan and loan against property proposals through active DSA networks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs)
- Achieve assigned disbursement targets for LAP and BL products
- Handle loan cases within the ticket size of 10 Lakhs to 5 Crores (LAP) and up to 50 Lakhs (BL)
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Regular market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnership development
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Enhance customer engagement and retention
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in selling BL/LAP products
- Must have experience in DSA channel sourcing
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
