This dynamic role requires a passionate and innovative individual who can drive growth by managing key accounts, expanding product assortments, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Key Accounts: Develop and execute strategies to expand partnerships with brands and distributors, address listing gaps, price discrepancies, and inventory issues.
- Expand Assortment: Enhance category growth by adding new products and ensuring a competitive edge over online and offline competitors.
- Enhance Shopping Experience: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class customer experience through compelling assortment, strong site merchandising, and inspiring content.
- Onboard New Partners & Brands: Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners that add value to the platform and plug existing gaps.
- Inventory Planning & Management: Ensure top products are always in stock, minimize out-of-stock situations, and improve customer experience and GMV.
- Monetization: Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from brands, including onsite brand marketing, brand ads, digital campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce, retail, or account management roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-suite.
- Multitasking & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to make decisions and drive results.
- Negotiation & Presentation: Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and presenting ideas.
- Education: MBA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical acumen and experience with reporting; SQL knowledge a plus.
