Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Expert to lead the complete lifecycle management for hardware and software within our IT ecosystem.

The role involves leveraging advanced asset tracking and automation capabilities to optimize processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement and deployment to maintenance, retirement, and disposal.
  • Software Asset Optimization: Support software asset management processes including license tracking, compliance monitoring, and optimization of software usage.
  • Automation and Integration: Configure and manage automation tools to streamline workflows, track inventory, and maintain accurate data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure accuracy of asset data and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and enforce asset management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with best practices.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct periodic asset audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely delivery, maintenance support, and optimal contract utilization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to provide actionable insights on asset utilization, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
