National Account Manager Job Description

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, leverage industry trends and insights to drive decision-making, and stay up-to-date on the latest market developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
