Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Lead who can bring high-ticket leads, prospect smartly, think creatively, pitch and present effectively, brief and align with clients' needs, guide production when needed, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and decision-makers
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities
- Design and co-create visually stunning and strategically compelling pitch decks
- Own sales presentations, pitches, and strategic briefings
- Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to shape campaign ideas
- Oversee projects with producers, ensuring client expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in sales/business development
