The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing partnerships and delivering sales targets. They will be open to travel abroad as needed and have excellent networking capabilities. Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

">

1. Establish key relationships with embassies, HCF Partners and medical tourism companies to generate leads/conversions.

">

2. Organize facilitators meet and medical camps in embassies/medical tourism companies.

">

3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

">

4. Conduct OPDs outside India to drive international business. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our clinical services.

">

5. Manage payouts of facilitators and medical tourism companies.

">

6. Analyze and present periodic sales reports/dashboards to the leadership team.

">

7. Gather feedback and insights from current/prospective customers and share the same with internal teams.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Graduate/MBA from a reputable college.

">

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile.

">

Proven track record in managing HCF partnerships and delivering sales targets.

">

Openness to travel abroad as needed.

">
