We are hiring for business development Executive for Our own Company Name Brainiacs. (Birla Open Minds)
Designation: Business Development Executive
Location: Pan India (As its Remote Working)
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary: Max 25 K P/M (Depend on the Experience, Interview & Last Drawn)
Work Mode: Remote (WFH)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days
Job Purpose:
To convert leads into student admissions by counselling parents and students, explaining educational programs, and providing a seamless enrolment experience. The role demands a result-oriented approach to achieve monthly Target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on leads generated via marketing campaigns, inquiries etc. Lead will be provided need to call on the leads and convert the leads in to Admissions.
- Proactively follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain a daily tracker of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Counsel parents and students to understand their requirements and match them with suitable programs.
- Conduct demo sessions, webinars, and parent orientation meetings to build trust and confidence.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust with parents and students through consultative selling.
- Good presentation and counselling skills .
- Time management and ability to handle pressure during peak admission periods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- 15 years of experience in sales/admissions/counselling (preferably in education sector schools, edtech, training institutes).
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply for Intern role.
- As we have 1 Opening for Intern with good communication skills.
