Job Description:

A seasoned sales professional with expertise in business development is sought after to spearhead our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, cultivating new client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and pursue high-potential clients to expand our customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics in CRM systems

Candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in contingent staffing industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
