
Senior Sales Professional – Business Development

A seasoned sales professional with expertise in business development is sought after to spearhead our growth initiatives.
Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, cultivating new client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Identify and pursue high-potential clients to expand our customer base
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics in CRM systems
Candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in contingent staffing industry
- Proven track record of success in business development, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
