Job Role: Business Development Manager

We are a leading digital marketing agency helping businesses grow their online presence through website design & development, SEO, content marketing, social media, and more.

This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to drive business growth with our team. Key Responsibilities include Client Acquisition & Sales, Client Communication & Relationship Building, and Collaboration & Strategy.

  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Acquire new clients using any outreach channel skilled at – whether that's email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our Founder and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects. Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.

Requirements include Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition. Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing). Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.). Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
