Job Title: Business Development Assistant

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and client acquisition in a structured environment.

You will work alongside our business development team to identify leads, interact with potential clients, and support the end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching potential markets, industries, and client profiles
  • Generating new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Qualifying leads and maintaining lead engagement
  • Assisting in drafting proposals and sales presentations
  • Documenting client interactions and updating CRM systems

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
