Job Title: Business Development Assistant
Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and client acquisition in a structured environment.
You will work alongside our business development team to identify leads, interact with potential clients, and support the end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching potential markets, industries, and client profiles
- Generating new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualifying leads and maintaining lead engagement
- Assisting in drafting proposals and sales presentations
- Documenting client interactions and updating CRM systems
Required qualifications include:
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
