Business Development Manager Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in building and executing complex sales strategies, including needs assessments, product demonstrations, and proposal development.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials, interiors, office furniture, or procurement solutions industries. Strong business development skills, relationship-driven approach, and proficiency in CRM tools are essential.
