About This Role

As a senior event manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events that align with our client's objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide exceptional client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, working collaboratively with teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Transform client briefs into compelling event concepts and strategies that exceed their expectations
  • Develop comprehensive event decks, mood boards, and strategies that meet client objectives
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients, showcasing your expertise and passion for events
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines using Gantt charts and other relevant tools, ensuring timely delivery
  • Work closely with operations teams to develop budgets and manage client approvals, ensuring alignment with financial plans
  • Ensure invoicing, vendor registration, and payment terms are aligned with financial plans
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring they meet company standards of delivery
  • Regularly report to the Head of Department/Director on project updates and post-event analysis/reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand strategy and event management
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in creating engaging event concepts, decks, and strategies that meet client objectives
