  • About the Role:
    • To identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
    • To drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.
  • About the Skills and Qualifications:
    • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
    • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
    • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delegate Acquisition:
    1. Identify and research senior-level executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
    2. Engage these executives through effective communication and relationship-building.
  2. Speaker Acquisition:
    1. Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
    2. Pitch event value propositions and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  3. Community Engagement:
    1. Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.
    2. Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers.
