Job Title: Exhibition and Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee end-to-end event operations, ensuring excellence and responsiveness for clients.

About the Role:
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, setup, and execution at client sites, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and logistical arrangements.
  • P&L Management: Drive profitability and cost efficiency in all event projects by analyzing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met with excellent communication, timely responses, and personalized service.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Uphold and enforce HSEQ standards at all event venues, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for attendees and staff.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, professional events that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event/banquet management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Clients Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional communication and service.
