Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support and manage various business operations functions across talent acquisition, employee engagement, office management, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Maintain onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • Business Operations & Generalist Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases.
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication.
    • Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations.
    • Develop and maintain an employee-friendly office culture.
    • Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR:
    • Help manage the company's internal communication channels.
    • Support social media content creation and posting for business operations and employer branding initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in business operations roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
