Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled event and technical professional to join our organization.

  • This role requires managing, producing and owning multiple large events each quarter.
  • The selected candidate will utilize existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and offsite locations.
  • Overseeing event production in the region is another critical aspect of this position.
  • This role involves participating in strategic planning and building out production and events strategy internally.
  • The ideal candidate will identify and respond to service gaps with a primary focus on employee satisfaction and experience.
  • Understanding corporate branding and messaging to align with communications, marketing and stakeholders is essential.
  • Bringing excellent communication and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with a focus on high growth is a must.
  • This role requires developing project plans, external partnerships and contractors as needed.
  • The Event Professional will own the buildout of internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between departments and stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for best practices and production solutions is also an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
