Job Title: Senior Club Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Club Director to oversee the daily operations of our club, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan strategic events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits to engage members and promote the club's vision.
  • Act as the point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on agreed points.
  • Delegate and monitor team responsibilities, ensuring compliance with uniform policy and managing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Manage resource allocation for events, coordinating with management for approvals or procurement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a supportive environment, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a culture of attentiveness among staff.
  • Ensure the club operates in full compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, implementing safety procedures and monitoring maintenance needs.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.
