Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Design Director to lead our design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality, strong communication and presentation skills with clients, and the ability to drive cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Supervise and mentor design teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in design, cost, and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
  • Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
