Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines. Your goal will be to ensure that the service delivery processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, continuously monitoring and improving service delivery processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure continuity and reliability of services.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance to stakeholders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes and activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management or business administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in the life sciences domain, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the life sciences domain.
