Senior Legal Analyst Role

This position requires a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Legal Analyst.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and maintenance of NDAs, SOWs, Amendments, and Change Requests using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Approval Processes: Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions, ensuring timely completion to prevent execution delays.
  • Follow-ups & Communication: Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and ensure timely action. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Tracking & Compliance: Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in contract management tools.
  • Teamwork: Be a reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player.
