Unlock the Potential of AI and GenAI

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/GenAI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and governing AI and GenAI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/GenAI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models. They will also possess excellent knowledge of AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as experience with cloud services and open-source projects like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution: Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • Governance Support: Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate coordination and communication across departments to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
