A Day in the Life

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of innovative artificial intelligence initiatives to enhance patient health and wellness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building large-scale solutions for business leaders and customers
  • Defining technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and bring them to market through strategic partnerships
  • Breaking down complex business problems into machine learning problems and designing solution workflows
  • Collaborating with our data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products/workflows
  • Staying updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and applying them to enhance existing systems
What We Need

We are looking for someone with a strong background in data science, preferably with a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, we need someone with hands-on experience in Python, deep knowledge of classical and new age NLP techniques, and understanding of fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including but not limited to RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals, is also necessary. Familiarity with LangChain and Crew.AI is a plus, as well as hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers, and at least one ML platform from Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
