Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative machine learning models and data-driven features that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science capabilities into product development.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions.
  • Work closely with engineers to productionize models using MLOps practices.
  • Continuously improve model performance by designing experiments and evaluating metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, preferably in a startup or product environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage, including SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into product decisions.
